For more than 20 years, I’ve led people, developed teams, and supported individuals through meaningful moments of change and growth. Throughout my corporate career, I received extensive, ongoing training in both leadership and coaching. This strengthened how I support others through complexity, transition, and uncertainty—always with the intention of guiding rather than providing answers.

Over time, I naturally became a trusted thought partner—helping others navigate career decisions, leadership challenges, and personal inflection points. I found myself most drawn to the conversations underneath the work: helping people make sense of where they were, what was no longer working, and what might be possible next.

Again and again, I found that what people were truly searching for wasn’t just success—it was clarity, alignment, and permission to live more honestly.

After being laid off from my corporate job, that realization and my passion for helping others became the foundation of this work. I created Clarity to offer a more human approach to growth—one grounded in self-awareness, meaningful conversation, sharing stories, creating community, and helping people reconnect with who they are beneath the noise of who they’ve been told to be.

Why this work matters, now.

People have been conditioned to believe that dedicating time, energy, and care to themselves should come last. But creating intentional time for your inner life is not excessive or selfish — it is necessary.

Coach

Life Coaching at Clarity is a forward-focused, collaborative process designed to help you gain Clarity, shift perspective, and take intentional next steps.

Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not advice driven.

Instead, it creates space for thoughtful reflection, powerful questions, and meaningful insight so you can uncover your own answers and move forward in alignment with what matters most.

When additional support is needed, coaches will encourage connection with licensed mental health professionals. Coaching is best suited for individuals who are functioning well but want greater Clarity, direction, and alignment in their lives.

Therapist

Therapists are licensed mental health professionals who support emotional healing, mental health conditions, and the impact of past experiences.

Therapy is clinical in nature and can include diagnosis and treatment, making it the right fit for those navigating mental health concerns or deeper emotional distress.

Mentor

Mentors offer guidance based on their own lived or professional experience. They share advice, perspective, and what has worked for them to help others navigate similar paths or decisions.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, mental health, and emotional diagnosis. Coaching focuses on helping you move forward with greater self-awareness, Clarity, and intentional action. While there can be emotional overlap, coaching is not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for people who feel stuck, disconnected, uncertain about what’s next, or ready for change — even if life looks “fine” on the outside. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, in transition, or unsure why they no longer feel aligned with the life they built.

What can I expect in a coaching session?
